Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Beauty SalonBnB. This Cancellation Policy is part of the Terms of Use. It explains when you may cancel a stay or a membership, and when a charge stands.

By booking a stay or joining a membership, you agree to this Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before you pay.

1. How this policy fits

This Cancellation Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use. Words with the meanings given in the Terms have those same meanings here. If this policy and the Terms conflict on refunds for stays or memberships, this policy controls.

2. Stays

Cancel a stay from Account whenever you can. You may also email admin@beautysalonbnb.com with the stay you want to cancel.

Unpaid holds

If payment has not completed, you may cancel at any time. No charge is taken for that stay.

Confirmed stays

After payment, a full refund is issued only if you cancel before the free-cancellation deadline:

• Hourly stays, session stays, extra hours, and full-day stays: more than 24 hours before the stay start.
• Weekly and monthly stays: more than 14 days before the stay start.

If you cancel at or after that deadline, the charge stands and no refund is due.

Repeat stays

Each occupancy day is its own stay. Cancelling one day does not cancel the remaining days. Each day follows the same windows above.

No-shows and leaving early

If you do not arrive, or you leave before the booked end, the charge stands.

3. When Beauty SalonBnB cancels

If we cancel a stay — including because a facility cannot open as booked — you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that stay.

4. Memberships

Cancel a membership from Account. A live membership ends at the close of the current paid period. You keep access through that date. Unused membership time is not refunded except where the law requires it.

A membership that has not yet started may be cancelled immediately.

A scheduled plan change may be cancelled from Account. That does not cancel a live membership unless you also cancel the live plan.

Cancelling a membership does not cancel stays you already booked. Those stays follow the stay rules in this policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back through the original payment method, subject to our payment processors. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

If you request a chargeback after authorizing a payment, and we believe in our sole discretion that you have not disputed the payment in good faith, your account may be terminated with no recourse, as described in the Terms of Use.

Use Account whenever you can.

7. Changes

We may change this policy as described in the Terms of Use. Material changes may require you to accept the new version before you book again.
